Leaders from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and its Institute for Home Visiting Workforce Development held an online event to launch HRSA’s new National Strategy for the Home Visiting Workforce.
Decades of research show that home visiting transforms families’ lives. The launch webinar explored how the National Strategy will help create pathways to home visiting careers, strengthen the workforce, and support workforce well-being.

Policy Academy: Focus Groups
Please join us for the first scheduled focus groups, which will offer an opportunity for a small group of home visitors and supervisors to share feedback on professional development gaps and opportunities to strengthen the skills and knowledge of the home visiting field on policy issues.
- Monday, September 22nd from 3:00 – 4:30pm EST (in English)
- Thursday, September 25th from 2:30 – 4pm EST (in Spanish)
This is an opportunity for home visitors and supervisors to directly inform and shape the creation of professional development content on policy issues impacting the home visiting field!
Up to 20 home visitors and supervisors can participate in the focus group. If you are interested in joining this focus group, please complete this form. If you are selected, you’ll receive additional information and registration details for the focus group. Participants will receive a $100 gift card as recognition for their time and contributions.
