In this action-oriented forum, technical assistance and professional development providers that support home visiting programs at the national, state, Tribal, territorial, and local levels will learn to assess home visiting program needs, leverage existing resources, and strengthen well-being by initiating their own learning communities.

Through peer learning, real-world application, and just-in-time coaching, participants will build their skills and confidence to initiate, guide, and sustain meaningful conversations about workforce well-being such as reflective practice, supervision, staff safety, and mitigating vicarious trauma.

Applications are due by June 12, and selected participants will be notified by June 19.

The TA/PD Provider Forum includes: 

6 Monthly Forum Sessions to build your skills and confidence to advance home visiting program workforce well-being through interactive learning, practical tools, and peer exchange. (Thursdays 1:00 – 2:30 PM (ET): July 9, July 30, August 27, September 24, October 22, and December 3).

2 Adapt and Advance Sessions to access just-in-time coaching and peer consultation to adapt, test, and move workforce well-being strategies into action with the programs you support. (Thursdays 1:00 – 2:00 PM (ET): November 5 and 19). 
Optional Technical Assistance Support to receive targeted consultation to address real-time challenges and advance workforce well-being efforts with the programs you support (July-Dec 2026)
