Decades of research show the tremendous return on investment and positive outcomes of evidence-based home visiting. In FY25, Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV)-funded programs achieved great successes, including providing over 1 million home visits, the highest annual total in MIECHV’s history, and serving 20% more rural counties.
