This month, we kicked off our knowledge development efforts to support home visitor professional development and well-being and to reduce the costs and disruption of frequent staff turnover and training.

If you were unable to join us on June 17 (4p ET) or 18 (3p ET), you can watch the recording here to learn how you can help identify strategies, resources, and materials to support the home visiting workforce—and maybe even share your work with the field! The new Workforce Development Institute and Case Management Center team had its kickoff webinar on May 17, 2024 but if you were not able to join us live you can now watch here!

The project invites home visitors, supervisors, and leadership in the field of home visiting to join us in sharing information about our plans to support home visiting programs as they expand, support, and retain a diverse and well-qualified workforce.

This webinar explores the range of supports and offerings planned for home visitors, supervisors, and staff.

Participants will learn about opportunities to engage in activities and contribute ideas to ensure that the Workforce Development Institute and Case Management Center meet the needs of the field.
