The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), in partnership with national experts in home visiting workforce development, established the Institute for Home Visiting Workforce Development and the Jackie Walorski Center for Evidence-Based Case Management to strengthen, recognize, and sustain the home visiting workforce as a vital profession supporting families, communities, and national well-being.
Through the HVWorkforce Project, this collaboration focuses on creating clear and supported pathways into home visiting careers, advancing workforce skills and preparation, and promoting the well-being and retention of home visiting professionals. Together, we are building a strong, sustainable workforce equipped to help families and young children thrive.
